Quiet your mind and find your center in this all ages, after-school meditation program.
Youth are invited to unwind after a stressful school day, find their center, and relax in this half-hour long meditation program. Serene music, dark lighting, and aroma therapy are used to create a calming environment ideal for those new to or experienced in meditation. This program is free and open to the public; a library card is not required to attend. For more information, please contact the West Las Vegas Youth Services Desk at 702.507.3983.
