Science and stories collide in this all-new, interactive STEAM show! Join us on a treasure-hunting adventure deep within the jungle! The audience helps the performer act out the tale, as we use the events in the story to explore several exciting science concepts such as air pressure, energy transfer, physical vs. chemical changes, and more!
Free and open to the public. Intended for children in grades K-5 and their families and caretakers. Attendance counts as a Summer Challenge learning activity. Seating is limited and tickets may be required. For more information, please call the library branch at 702.507.3980.

The West Las Vegas Library opened to the Historic Westside Neighborhood on D Street in 1973 before moving to its current location on Lake Mead Boulevard in January 1989. In addition to offering a 298-seat theater, the African American Special Collection, and a state-of-the-art robot lab, this 38,900-square-foot library houses 27,700 volumes and has become a prominent part of the community.
