After 18 years of pushing boundaries, Shockfest Adventure: Exit Strategy marks the end of an era. More than a film festival...it's an awards show, a workshop, and more - all rolled into one night.
The theme, Exit Strategy, threads throughout: filmmakers learn how to monetize and exit their projects, small business owners explore strategies for legacy and succession, and crypto experts reveal how exit plans apply in digital finance.
Guests will walk a red carpet, engage with escape room challenges, witness a live theater performance of "47 Kicks, 3 Hearts and 1 Punk Space Traveler", and celebrate at the Awards Ceremony that honors Shockfest’s 18-year legacy. The evening ends with a fireside chat with Guil Claveria, the creator of Shockfest, reflecting on the journey and unveiling the future of the Shockfest Trading Post. An adventure of a lifetime... one last ride before the curtain falls.
Free and open to the public. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, call 702.507.3459.

Originally opening in 1966 as a three-room library within the Airport Annex building, the Clark County Library moved in 1967 to a storefront. In 1971, the library moved again to its current location using deeded land from the County and with money awarded by the Max C. Fleishman Foundation. The building went on to have two remodels: one completed in 1986, and the second completed in 1994, which resulted in the three-story, 120,000-square-foot building it is today. This redesign notably included a 399-seat theater and an 80-seat black box theater/dance studio. The Library District also added the Best Buy Teen Tech Center, which provides a place for teens to explore and master new technologies and digital skills.
