In this class, youth will learn basic hand-sewing stitches and will make their own sewing creations. Get creative and have fun learning a practical life skill. Ages 9-17 are welcomed to participate.
In this class, attendees will learn basic hand-sewing stitches and will make their own sewing creations. From learning to sew on a button to making their own sewing projects to take home, students will learn the basics of materials and skills needed to kick-start their sewing interests. Attendees will also learn how to use a sewing machine and complete their own project at the end.

Designed by HAS Architects, the Rainbow Library originally opened as a storefront in 1985. In March 1994, the library moved to its present 26,800-square-foot facility. Located northwest in the city, just off I-95, this location serves its active residents with over 70,300 volumes and features an outdoor amphitheater.
