AuditoriumAn electrifying adaptation of Julius Caesar, Shakespeare's tale of political power, loyalty, and betrayal, turned on its head with playful staging, humor, and a modern twist.
The Nevada Shakespeare Festival invites you to Rome on Edge with their unique take on Julius Caesar. Five actors portray an entire empire- shifting in and out of power, loyalty, and betrayal.
At the center of this raw theatrical force stands Julius Caesar—victorious, adored… and marked for death. Using bold physical storytelling, striking puppetry, and rapid-fire costume changes, the ensemble hurtles through the rise and fall of Rome. The stage becomes a battlefield. A forum. And a complete mess! Five actors. Dozens of roles. One unforgettable fall of a republic.
Adapted and directed by Matt Morgan. www.NevadaShakespeare.com
