During this workshop you will learn tips on how to read to children and the benefits of reading, as well as participate in a parent-child book reading and hands-on activity.
This parenting workshop promotes family literacy and pre-kindergarten school readiness skills. During this workshop you will learn tips on how to read to children and the benefits of reading, as well as participate in a parent-child book reading and hands-on activity. For families with children ages 3-5.

The Blue Diamond Library was opened in 1970 in a small trailer purchased with a Federal Library Grant. In 1989, a local Blue Diamond resident began construction on a new 1,000-square-foot library, which opened in 1992. It now houses over 5,000 volumes and serves the 200 residents of Blue Diamond and Red Rock Township.
