In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Danzantes del Puerto bring to life a vibrant array of traditional dance forms that evolved from the Spanish conquest of the Aztec Empire.
Rooted in the rich heritages of Mexico’s Indigenous, European, and African cultures, this performance showcases the diverse rhythms and movements that have shaped the country’s dance traditions. Experience a captivating visual journey through various dances from multiple Mexican states, including Jalisco, Sinaloa, and Nayarit, as they celebrate Mexico’s colorful cultural history.
