Self-awareness, mindfulness and meditation can be boiled down to one supremely important skill, listening, a skill that is learned and sharpened with practice. The intention of the talk is to demystify mindfulness and meditation and identify some of the many practical ways that listening and self-reflection can be utilized for personal growth, self-healing, creating inner peace and joyous living. This new series of weekly support group meetings in which participants will support each other through the quality of their listening as we share from our personal experience and learn new perspectives and new skills.
