Join us at the Blue Diamond Library for a genealogy workshop presented by the Las Vegas Family Search. Meets at the library at 9:30am before the library opens.
Researching an preserving your family tree is about more than just pictures and documents. Some of our most treasured memories are contained on slides, film reels, video and audio tapes. How can we save them for future generations? The staff at the Las Vegas Family Research Center can help you protect and digitize your family's history, as well as show you how to delve deeper into your family's past.

The Blue Diamond Library was opened in 1970 in a small trailer purchased with a Federal Library Grant. In 1989, a local Blue Diamond resident began construction on a new 1,000-square-foot library, which opened in 1992. It now houses over 5,000 volumes and serves the 200 residents of Blue Diamond and Red Rock Township.
