Yoga for the little ones!
Join Christy with OneOmLight, LLC for mini-yogi classes that focus on: enhancing concentration & memory, increasing body awareness and mindfulness, and improving body strength and flexibility—all in an open and accepting atmosphere! Yoga mats will be provided, though you are free to bring your own. Ages 3 to 5.
**Registration is required and begins online November 25. Note: Registration is per child and for child only; each child must be registered and must be 3 to 5 years old. To accommodate the most children possible, we are offering four sessions. Only sign up for one session. Multiple sign-ups will be deleted. Please call 702.507.3644 for more information.**
