Are you wanting to apply for jobs but feel unsure about how to dress for an interview? Come to West Las Vegas Library to learn the Do's and Don'ts of dressing for interviews, and go home with your own set of interview clothes provided by the non profit GirlsGroup. This free program is for students ages 13-17; a library card is not required to attend. Seating is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. The West Las Vegas Library opened to the Historic Westside Neighborhood on D Street in 1973 before moving to its current location on Lake Mead Boulevard in January 1989. In addition to offering a 298-seat theater, the African American Special Collection, and a state-of-the-art robot lab, this 38,900-square-foot library houses 27,700 volumes and has become a prominent part of the community.
