The event will consist of two tournament groups: Youth ages 8-17 and Adults 18+
The tournament format will be single elimination. Participants will race 1 cup series (4 races total) per round from Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. The top 2 scoring players from each round will advance to the next match.
The final round of the tournament will be held during the Rainbow Library Superhero Con event for the top 4 players in each group.
Race Schedule:
Youth Race Qualifiers - Wednesday April 17 - 4pm to 6pm
Adult Race Qualifiers - Saturday April 20 - 2pm to 4pm
Final Round at the Rainbow Superhero Con Event - Saturday April 27 - 3pm

Designed by HAS Architects, the Rainbow Library originally opened as a storefront in 1985. In March 1994, the library moved to its present 26,800-square-foot facility. Located northwest in the city, just off I-95, this location serves its active residents with over 70,300 volumes and features an outdoor amphitheater.
