Join certified vibrational sound therapy practitioner JaeAna Bernhardt for a small-group restorative and calming sound session.
JaeAna will use signing bowls, chimes, bells and various other instruments to bring each participant to a place of ultimate relaxation. The sound stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which brings calmness and relaxation to the mind and body.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, floor mat, or anything that will support you in feeling comfortable lying on the floor. Chairs will be available for those who choose to sit.
Conference Room doors will be closed at the start and no late entry will be allowed. Adults only.
Free and open to the public. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited. For more information, please call 702.507.3964.
