Join us for a Movie Matinee at the library! All kid's movies are rated G or PG. Intended for children ages 0-17 and their caregivers. (Adults must be accompanied by a child.) What makes a sensory sensitive environment unique? The window shades allow some light into the room, so it is not as dark.The sound is lowered, so it is not overwhelming.Tables are set up, so coloring or playing with fidget toys is encouraged.The room doors are open, so it does not feel closed in, and everyone can come and go as desired.Families can bring in food/drinks to eat at the tables.
